  Material:-
  - wheat flour (flour)
  - Water
  - salt (optional)

  Instruction:-
  1. Prepare the dough:-
     - Take a bowl and add wheat flour in it.
     - Optionally, add a pinch of salt to taste.
     - While kneading the dough, add water slowly.  Keep kneading until you get a smooth, soft and elastic dough.  The dough should not be too sticky or too dry.
  2. Divide the dough:-
     When the dough is ready, divide it into small parts of equal size.  Roll these portions into balls approximately the size of a golf ball.
  3. Preheat the roti making machine:-

  4. Flatten the dough:-
     - Take a ball of dough and flatten it slightly with your hands.
